Dr McGowan and Partners had outgrown their own premises in Stockton, built by themselves only seven years earlier. Abstract rapidly found a new site, just around the corner, and completed the design and construction of a new building in record time.
The new facility is designed to have all clinical accommodation on the ground floor, specifically designed to suit the GP's requirements.
The first floor provides administration space, together with meeting and training rooms. The building has a simple steel frame, allowing the internal partitions to be rearranged to suit future healthcare changes.
